SpeedFiler IconI love this Outlook plugin. Being a filing freak and I like my mails to be organized into a neat hierarchy of folders. But soon the number of folders becomes unmanageable, requiring a long drag and drop when filing mails into folder 2 deep. Another problem is filing "Sent Emails", that should also reside as a history of email correspondence in a folder's context.

Speedfiler solves these problems very easily, allowing you to file the emails with a minimal number of keystrokes (without using the mouse) - to the extent that you are able to switch of the folder "Navigation sidebar" in Outlook without any problems and earn more valuable real-estate to read mails.

Some suggestions sent to the Claritude guys.

Suggestion 1 - When I click on reply to a message, and then select a speedfiler folder, the original message that I replied to should also get moved to the same folder, after the "reply message" has been sent.

Suggestion 2 - Sometimes the initial folder scanning takes too long and slows down my Outlook initial load time. This should be a configuration option - or the user having to scan folder manually once in a while, or may be a background job that runs when Outlook is not busy loading and doing something else. Running the scan at Outlook load time is interrupting at times when you just want to send out a quick email.

Suggestion 3 - The plugin should allow filing the same mail into multiple folder. I understand this is a dangerous feature (as a tagging plugin like Attensa or Taglocity) would be a better option, but there are some emails that just belong to 2-3 folders.
